I'm going to start with one of the most well-known, but greatly misunderstood systems - Our Neurogastroenterology, aka the Gut Brain.

I am starting with this one because it is the most complex in terms of good information.

I will give you different books that have to do with our Neurogastroenterology.

Things to keep in mind…

This is a complex topic.

Most people disagree on various aspects of this.

The goal of having you read these is “not” to convert you to any specific diet or belief system.

I will give you books that have contradictory information.

Why?

To get you to think and consider the different perspectives.

You may find yourself agreeing…

You may find yourself disagreeing…

You may want to try some of these for yourself…

You may completely reject these for yourself.

At some point, I hope you find a pathway that you believe will help you most.

Understand that the point of all of these books is to understand that our Neurogastroenterology is extremely important, and has many impacts on our other Cognition Systems.

By looking at the different perspectives, we become informed, and that allows us to choose better paths forward.

The first book in this series is called “The Blue Zones: Lessons for Living Longer From the People Who’ve Lived the Longest”.

When most people begin to learn about diet and their gut, this is often held as a highly important book that many people have discussed and pointed toward.

I want you to give me two or three sentences per chapter of a summary per chapter to start.
