Lentils Meatballs
- 170 g green lentils
- 1 egg
- 2 tbs plain flour
- 2 tbs parmesan
- 3 tbs breadcrumbs
- 1/2 brown onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1/2 tsp thyme (dried)
Pesto
- 450g spinach
- 60g almonds
- 1 tsp basil
