To make this recipe, you need mint oil which you can very easily make by following this recipe (the mint needs to be dried overnight)
Ingredients (4 people)
- 200 g puy lentils
- 1 bunch coriander
- 1 bunch parsley
- 250g spinach
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 small yellow onions
- 3 tsp turmeric ground
- 20 fried garlic chips
- 4 tbs mint oil
- salt
- 200ml yoghurt
- 100ml milk
- 70ml cream
- Zest of 1 lemon
