Terms of Use and License Agreement

Effective Date: 19th February, 2026

By purchasing, downloading, or using any templates, digital products, or materials (“Products”) from Linda (“Seller”), you (“Buyer” or “User”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use the Products.

1. Grant of License

1.1 The Seller grants the Buyer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for personal use only.

1.2 The Buyer may duplicate, modify, or use the Products solely within their own personal Notion workspace or digital environment.

2. Restrictions

The Buyer may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or provide access to the Products to any third party.
• Upload, post, or make the Products publicly available on any website, social media, marketplace, or platform.
• Use the Products for commercial purposes outside of the license granted herein without explicit written permission from the Seller.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 All Products, including templates, layouts, designs, text, and branding, remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Seller.

3.2 No transfer of ownership is implied or granted except for the limited license specified in Section 1.

4. Enforcement and Legal Action

4.1 Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of the Products constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and infringes on the Seller’s intellectual property rights.
