This document provides detail on the types of leave you're entitled to at Disco, as well as our policies and expectations on remote working and work from home.

Leave

Annual leave

Full time employees are entitled to four weeks' (20 days) annual leave. Part time employees are entitled to annual leave on a pro-rata basis.

Disco employees should follow the policies and process documented in ‣ when considering taking annual leave.

Personal, sick, or carer's leave

Employees are entitled to 10 days personal, sick or carer's leave every 12 months.

Disco employees should follow the policies and process documented in ‣ when needing to take personal leave.

Compassionate leave

Compassionate leave is paid leave taken to spend time with a family member or member of your household who has a personal illness, or injury, that poses a serious threat to their life, or after the death of a family member or member of your household.

You are entitled to a period of 2 days paid compassionate leave for each occasion where a family member has died, or you need to spend time with a seriously ill family member.

Charitable

Full time employees are entitled to 1 day of special paid leave per calendar year to volunteer for a charitable cause. Your volunteer leave entitlement does not accumulate from year to year.
