I want a cool interactive section on my homepage, something that is fun to look at but not too OTT. I thought a moving banner would be a cool addition to a article style piece, I thought of moving sign posts in NYC and even moving captions on TV screens when the news is on. I think this would suit the vibe and style so I took to Youtube to learn how to do it.
I took one of the famous quotes from the Apollo 11 mission, I thought a famous quote would be a good choice for a continuous moving banner.
