You've learned about tasks, Projects, Areas of Responsibility, and Goals. But what's the difference?

Here are the definitions:

• Task: a single action, which can be completed in a single work session, defined as a Next Action
• Project: a collection of active, related tasks with a deadline
• Area of Responsibility: an ongoing part of your life with a standard to be maintained
• Goal: a specific, measurable long-term result you are striving for in some aspect of your life

Here are some examples:

• Task: Call contractor to ask for quote on roof repair
• Project: Repair Roof
• Area of Responsibility: House
• Goal: Pay off mortgage completely by 2025

Action:
