Why launch a creator program on Day 1
The best platforms are co-designed with the people they serve. Our Creator Program is a founding circle of artists, animators, cosplayers, writers, editors, VTubers, and mods who want to shape how collaborative IP gets made on the internet.
What creators get
- Early access & product influence. Direct input into features, policy, and discovery.
- Revenue opportunities. Branded collabs, event stipends, studio resources, and transparent split for co-created work.
- Mentorship & craft growth. Sessions with veterans from Disney, Xbox, Blizzard, WME, IMG, and independent studios.
- Distribution that respects the story. Events, premieres, and editorial support that reward completed work - not clickbait.
Why California (and why in-person)
Fandom is global; chemistry is local. We’re piloting in California to prototype a playbook of small, high-trust events - workshops, shoots, table reads, cosplay build nights, live-room writers’ sessions - where relationships can deepen offline and momentum carries online.
How we cultivate collaboration (and keep it fair)
- Collab templates. Pre-agreed roles, credit order, and split suggestions to reduce awkwardness and protect friendships.
- Provenance by default. Every publish ships with visible credits and split statements.
- Canon Keeper (lightweight). Continuity checks that protect tone and timelines without stifling creativity.
- Community pool. A carve-out for storytellers and creators who need a little bit of budget to bring their vision to life.
Day-one culture
- Make together. Bring drafts, WIPs, half-ideas. Progress > polish.
- Respect consent. Clear permissions for remixing and reuse.
- Share the win. Credit visibly; pay promptly. Celebrate loudly.
If you create with heart and care about your community, we want you in this first cohort.
