Saga SMS Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Saga ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, protects, and shares information in connection with our SMS messaging program ("SMS Program"). It supplements our general Privacy Policy at try-saga.com/privacy. By opting in to the SMS Program at try-saga.com/me, you agree to the terms below.

1. What we collect

When you opt in to the SMS Program, we collect:

• Your mobile phone number.
• A record of your consent: the date and time, your IP address, and the exact language of the checkbox you checked.
• The content of messages exchanged between you and Saga.
• Delivery and engagement metadata (e.g. whether a message was delivered, whether you replied STOP).

2. How we use your mobile number

We use your mobile number solely to send and receive SMS related to the Saga platform, including:

• Initial outreach about specific paid project opportunities, drafted with assistance from our coordination agent Sagasan and reviewed and approved by a human producer at Saga before delivery.
• Scheduling and booking confirmations for projects you have agreed to.
• Status updates during active project engagements.
• Account service messages, such as login verification codes and account-related notifications.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency is tied to active project activity and varies by user. A typical recipient receives between 0 and 3 SMS per week, with brief peaks of up to 5 SMS on event days for confirmed crew. We do not send bulk marketing broadcasts.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Saga does not charge you for SMS, but your wireless carrier may apply standard messaging or data charges based on your plan. Please contact your carrier with questions about your plan.

5. Mobile information sharing — non-sharing statement
