Many organisations across marketing, HR, and operations face challenges managing incoming leads effectively. Leads often arrive from multiple channels but are handled through fragmented, manual processes. This leads to:
- Delayed follow-ups and missed opportunities.
- Inaccurate or incomplete lead data due to lack of validation and enrichment.
- Duplicate records cluttering CRMs and making reporting unreliable.
- Inefficient routing of leads to the right sales representatives.
- Limited visibility into the performance of lead pipelines and follow-up sequences.
These gaps create friction between marketing and sales teams, increase operational overhead, and ultimately reduce conversion rates.
Solution Overview
This project aimed to eliminate manual lead handling by building a fully automated Lead-to-Customer workflow using n8n. By automating the capture, validation, enrichment, routing, and follow-up process, the system:
- Captured instantly from Typeform submissions.
- Validated and enriched with phone and gender data for accuracy.
- Deduplicated and stored in Google Sheets as a single source of truth.
- Routed intelligently to the right sales representative based on company size.
- Synced with HubSpot CRM for tracking and nurturing.
- Notified in Slack to keep the sales team updated in real-time.
