Why This Role Matters

We’re looking for a Lead UI Engineer who can bring both technical excellence and aesthetic sensibility to Litewave’s front-end stack. You will:

• Own front-end architecture from the ground up.
• Collaborate directly with our founders, designers, and AI engineers to craft seamless experiences.
• Define design patterns, component libraries, and performance strategies that scale with us.

Your work will set the standard for user experience in regulated industries, and be used by quality teams, operators, and auditors across the world.

What You’ll Do

• Build modern, fast, and reliable UIs using React, Tailwind, and TypeScript
• Translate complex data and workflows into clean, usable interfaces
• Architect and maintain shared design systems and reusable components
• Collaborate with UX, backend, and AI teams to create real-time, interactive experiences
