Goal: Automate lead intake from Typeform into CRM, Slack, and Google Sheets.

Problem: Leads were manually entered from forms into CRM, causing delay and inconsistency in tracking.

Solution: A multi-step Zapier automation triggered on each Typeform submission:

• Format phone numbers
• Create CRM contact in HubSpot
• Send Slack notification
• Add lead data to Google Sheets log

Tools Used: Zapier, Typeform, HubSpot CRM, Slack, Google Sheets

Impact: Saved 3–4 hours per week and improved response speed.
