Scope of Role and Experience

As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will:

• Architect, build, and maintain full-stack web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and cloud-native tools
• Integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into production-ready customer features
• Design and deploy scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT, streaming, batch) to power analytics and personalization
• Implement best practices for AI Quality Assurance, Model Monitoring, and AI Reliability Engineering
• Build robust CI/CD pipelines and optimize systems for scale, security, and performance
• Collaborate closely with product and design to rapidly prototype and ship AI-driven experiences
