Over the past few weeks we have been working hard to get version 2.0 of Operand ready for launch. Some of you have already been actively using the beta and we are really excited to show everyone what we have been working on!

TL;DR: The current operand.ai website is being moved to old.operand.ai, and we're moving our beta.operand.ai website to our primary domain. This email contains a quick transition guide to help you migrate / move over to the new site.

What's New?

In general, we focused revamping the user experience and reliability of our systems. If you want more details you can check out the past 3 change-logs:

What do I need to do?

I’m a beta user already

If you are already a beta user nothing needs to be done. You can continue to use the beta.operand.ai website, or start using the website at operand.ai the choice is yours.

I’m a free user

If you have not yet tried out the beta and have indexed data on Operand, this email will walk you through the most important changes and how move your data over.

I’m a paying customer

If you have an existing subscription with Operand, you have a few options:

1. We can move your subscription over to Operand 2.0. The Pro tier is the same price at $9.99.
2. We can transition your subscription to a usage-based plan on the new website. We only recommended this if you are a developer looking to use the API in production.
3. We can cancel your subscription at the end of March 2023.

We will be reaching out to all paying users via email to sort out the details. Of course, if you do plan on moving your subscription this guide will also be helpful to you.
