The new launcher explained

Home: When opening the launcher, it first checks your NAT type and connection. It will take a couple of seconds. Once ready, the Play button appears.

Services: Here you have the useful ability to upload your savegame as a backup. It will be stored on your account and can be downloaded at any time.

Note: It won’t automatically upload the savegame, so every time you wanna backup new progress you just press upload.

Discovery: This is the built-in mod manager that lets you download mods. Not all mods are on the launcher however, you can find more on turboduck.

Settings:

• Online mode: Enables you to switch between Offline/Online mode.
• Packed Game: Enabled by default, turn off if you unpack the game to add mods.
• Discord RPC: Enable it to display your in-game name on hover in discord.
• Auto Update Check: Turn on to check for new launcher updates.
• UPnP enabled: Recommended to turn on for an open NAT type
• Launcher Log: Collects logs of the launcher.
• Runtime: Only relevant if your game doesn’t launch properly, setting a higher number helps here (like 30).
• Ingame Name: You can enter your in-game name so it shows up when you hover over your Discord profile.
• Select Game: Allows you to see and set the gamepath, should always be set to TestDrive2.exe (change by clicking on it).
