Ensure specific ticket combinations are purchased together to meet your event requirements with our new ticket dependencies feature. This functionality is essential for enforcing ticket purchase rules, such as requiring an adult ticket for every two child tickets, to enhance safety and compliance at your events.

How to set up ticket dependencies:

  1. Go to the pricing section under your selected experience and click on the ticket dependencies option
  2. Define dependent tickets and the required accompanying tickets (e.g., "1 adult ticket needed for up to 2 child tickets")

How to activate customer self-serve:

  1. Enable the customer self-serve app within your Beyonk dashboard.
  2. Set the cut-off period for changes (in minutes, hours, or days) to ensure there are no last-minute disruptions to your operations
