Large Party Protocol (9–12 Guests)

Large parties require special handling to prevent overwhelming the kitchen and servers. Tables 1–3 can be combined for a maximum seating capacity of 12 guests.

Treat a large party as 2 seating blocks
Skip a rotation or pause seating afterward
Confirm both BOH and FOH can accommodate before seating
Large parties are not seated until all members are present
After seating, pause and confirm FOH/BOH readiness before resuming normal rotation

Section Layouts

When operating with 5 or 6 servers, some will be assigned to the patio.
