[x] What do we want the trigger for email conversation summary to be? Right now, the bot isn't good at decisively ending the conversation. Here are some of my ideas from most to least favorite:
- 1 hour (or some decided time) from last message - Do this.
- Either GPT3 resummarize or just send bracketed text.
- 1/day digest-style summary - Probably easiest to implement, Also reduces customer email fatigue.
- look for "thanks" or ''bye" - This seem like it would be somewhat unreliable. Also, if user's realize they're talking to a bot, they may dispense with polite conversation endings. For example, if a bot sent me a link, i
- attempt to train the bot to send an ending sequence that we could look for- this also seems like it would be unreliable. Hard to say if our customers would be able to put this into their primings and get a reliable result.
