By downloading, installing, or using Labbit ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

User Age Requirement: Labbit is intended for users 13 years of age or older. Users under 18 should use the App with consent from a parent or guardian.

1. Description of Service

1.1 What Labbit Provides

Labbit is an AI-powered extensive reading app that helps users improve language skills through personalized content generation. Key features include:

• AI-generated reading content: customized articles and stories based on your interests, profession, and learning level (CEFR A1-C2)
• Vocabulary learning: flashcard-based word book system
• Reading history: track reading progress and save generated content
• Offline-first design: some features work without an internet connection after content generation
• Subscription tiers: free tier with limits, Standard/Premium tiers with expanded features

1.2 AI Content Generation

Labbit uses OpenAI API and related services to generate learning content. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be factually accurate
• Content is provided as educational reference material and should be independently verified where necessary
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or usefulness of AI-generated content
