Research Methods:
Qualitative method → Interview methods for 8 people.
Reasons: This method can allow me to really comprehend customer needs, know the reasons for drop-offs, and realize whether there are some problems in the food ordering process.
Success Metrices:
- Dropping-off rate decreases
- Our customers can order food without decisionparalysis.
- Increasing customers’ satisfication with the ordering food process.
