With LINE Messenger Integration, you will be able to reply to messages from your LINE official account on PinChat.

How to set up

<aside> 💬 Before reading this article, please make sure you have set up your LINE official account. All the steps will be break down into small steps so you can follow them more easily.

Step 1. Enter the LINE Official Account Manager（LINE OA Dashboard）to turn on Messaging API

Please click on this link to login to your LINE Official Account Manager.

Choose a LINE official account

Once you login, choose the LINE official account you want to integrate with PinChat.

<aside> 🙌 Settings → Click on Messaging API in the left menu → Enter Messaging API → Click on Enable Messaging API

Choose the Provider and enable Messaging API

Once you click on Enable Messaging API, you can either pick a Provider or create a new Provider.

<aside> ‼️ Please enter your company/service name in the Provider Name section. Do not enter PinChat.

</aside>

Making sure all information is correct, click on Agree to officially enable Messaging API.

Then, you can see the status turns into “Enabled".
