what this template is:
this is your peace of mind dashboard – a yearly home base for your life in notion. it gives your brain four clear buckets:
- quick ticks – tiny tasks and passing thoughts that take <30 mins and just need to get out of your head.
- second brain – your project + calendar hub for anything multi-step, long-term, or genuinely important.
- life areas – separate pages for home, health, wealth, people, projects, fun, and future, so you can see your whole life in categories instead of chaos.
- life documentation – a light journal + monthly snapshot space where you track the story of your year.
instead of juggling ten different systems, everything lands here first.
how to use it
- duplicate the template into your own workspace. rename the main page with your year
- how to duplicate this page to use it in your own notion dash
- start with quick ticks – dump every little task or reminder that’s buzzing in your head. if it’s small, it lives here. drag & drop into ‘done’ and the tasks will “disappear”
- turn the bigger stuff into projects in the second brain section. give each one a date if relevant, a life area, and a status so you always know what matters now vs later.
- set up your life areas pages – add routines, checklists, ideas, and references for each category (home, health, wealth, etc.). think of these as mini-command centers.
- at the beginning of each month, add a new entry in life documentation. record key stats, photos, memories, and reflections so you can literally watch your year unfold.
check this dashboard daily – quick ticks for today, second brain for what’s next, life areas when you’re planning, and life documentation when you’re reflecting. this is where your year lives.
