LGM (La Growth Machine) is the most powerful outbound tool to build lead lists, enrich data, and automate multichannel prospecting with advanced personalization.
1. Importing Your Lead List
-
Choose your source:
- LinkedIn Intents: Scrap people who engage on LinkedIn—anyone liking or commenting on posts (yours or your competitors’), registering for LinkedIn events (yours or your competitors’), or following your company page.
- LinkedIn: Paste your Basic or Sales Navigator search URL or apply filters directly. Up to 1,000 leads per import.
- CSV or CRM: Import from a CSV or your CRM and map fields like name, title, company, LinkedIn URL, email.
You can keep lists synced with native integrations (Hubspot, Pipedrive, Breakcold, Clay…) or Zapier/Make.
- LGM Database (access to +27M companies): Find and import companies matching your ICP with one click. Use the filters to identify leads matching your Persona.

Hit Import—LGM enriches missing data (email, phone, LinkedIn URL).
2. Creating an Audience
- In Leads, click New Audience. Name it clearly (e.g. “Q3 SaaS Directors Outreach”).
- Add your imported leads; you can further filter or segment within.
3. Setting Up Your Campaign with Campaign Builder

La Growth Machine
-
Go to Campaigns → Create New Campaign.
-
Add Steps in your outreach sequence—for example:
- LinkedIn profile Visit (optional but increases awareness).
- LinkedIn profile Follow (optional but builds familiarity).
- Like one of their LinkedIn post (optional but warms up your leads).
→ LGM supports these social warming steps natively.
- Connection request with personalized note.
- **LinkedIn DM (**or Twitter or even phone call)
→ Using the LGM Chat Mode mimics human behaviour. It splits your long message into short messages spaced out naturally (3 seconds delay), just like a natural chat.
- Email follow-up if no LinkedIn response in 7 days.
-
Use conditional flows to personalize depending on engagement:
- E.g., “If email opened, wait 3 days and send follow-up; if not, switch channel”.

Pro Tip: Incorporate Voice Messages on LinkedIn to boost reply rates — LGM supports this natively with an optional AI-cloned voice for custom “Hey {{Firstname}}”.

4. Leveraging Multi‑Identity & Multi‑Channel Logic
- Use multi-identity sending:
- If prospect doesn’t respond, route them to another identity (e.g., C-level) with different messaging tone.
- Add them to another campaign via the "Add to Audience" action for hierarchical follow-up.
5. Launching and Automating the Sequence
- Review your sequence, scheduling, conditions, and message content.
- Start the campaign—LGM will:
- Send connection requests, messages, emails in order, with delays and conditions.
- Auto-trigger follow-ups based on open/reply behavior.
6. Managing Replies & Lead Qualification in the Unified Inbox
