Goals

• Allow surfers to manage all their operations from one simple, intuitive interface.
• Create the core functionality that will be used repeatedly super simple:
  • Switching status between "online" and "offline"
  • Find addresses of pick up and drop off locations
  • Contact customers

Problem

Currently, surfers don't have a simple way to manage their work on the go. Using a web app results in:

• Requires more steps than necessary to accomplish a task
  • e.g. get an email, tap on link, go to browser, accept reservation, find address, go to google maps, navigate
• An overall more clunky experience

Assumptions

• Currently, there is no native app for surfers. They are using some combination of a web app, emails, or text messages to track tasks and complete trips.
• The current system is slow, confusing, unintuitive, or in some other way not preferred by surfers.
