Knoetic is a platform designed to be the "Second Brain" for Chief People Officers. It combines an AI-driven People Analytics software and CPOHQ (C-level exclusive community with 3,000+ members).
Acted as both design lead and product owner — working directly with the CEO, GM, and a team of 10+ engineers from ideation through execution. Oversaw and managed 2 contract designers.
During the COVID pandemic, the company scaled the CPOHQ community, where CPOs learned from each other through polls, events, and peer learning. As the community grew, members wanted a tool to tackle organizational challenges and gain deeper insights into their companies.
Our original People Analytics software couldn’t deliver. Unchanged for three years, it suffered from poor engagement, frequent support tickets, and workflows weighed down by technical debt.
This made our goal clear: Reimagine the product with modern design, deeper AI integration, and sustainable monetization to match the evolving needs of CPOs.
We initially focused on satisfying our current clients — using their feedback to validate the product before expanding to a larger market. Each feature was designed, tested, and refined through near-daily prototype sessions with key clients to figure out which features CPOs and HR teams would be most interested in.
