About Knoetic

Knoetic is a platform designed to be the "Second Brain" for Chief People Officers. It combines an AI-driven ‘People Analytics tool’ and ‘CPOHQ.’

Role

• Led overall design as the only in-house product designer.
• Worked directly with the CEO, GM, and a team of 10+ engineers.
• Managed 2 contract designers.

Finding New Product-Market-Fit

⚠️ Problem

During COVID, the CPOHQ community scaled rapidly as the demand for peer learning increased. As the community grew, CPOs wanted a product to help solve their own organizational challenges. Our existing People Analytics tool couldn’t deliver since it was unchanged for three years - resulting in low engagement, frequent support tickets, and significant technical debt.

🎯 Goal

Reimagine the People Analytic product with upgraded design, deeper AI integration, and sustainable long-term monetization to supply the evolving needs of CPOs.
