About Knoetic

Knoetic aims to be the "Second Brain" for Chief People Officers - integrating workforce data across HR systems to help leaders and HR teams understand, predict, and act on organizational trends. It consists of two products:

1. AI-driven People Analytics tool
2. CPOHQ: C-level exclusive community with 3,000+ members (Think of it as LinkedIn for CPOs)

Role

• Led overall design as the only in-house product designer.
• Worked directly with the CEO, GM, and a team of 10+ engineers.
• Managed 2 contract designers.

Finding New Product-Market-Fit

During COVID, the CPOHQ community scaled rapidly as the demand for peer learning increased. As the community grew, CPOs wanted a product to help solve their own organizational challenges.
