Congruence Engine Bradford: Software development kick off meeting with Stamen

SMG gave proposal feedback that they were interested to explore three particular things early on in the project:
- how to surface links not just points of data;
- how to reveal how curators work with digital tools;
- how to get to an early prototype to test quickly. |

| 2 | Data and stories research
NK provided a recap of the data sets available and asked how Stamen would prefer these to be sent. Also provided update on narrative stories research for 22 areas in Bradford. Asked about technical stories. Preferred way to share data from SMG perspective is via Box. AP is happy to share via Box.
VD asked what the timeline was for Congruence Engine in the long term. TB provided an overview of next few years.
NK to send data to everyone on call.

| 3 | Physical space for exhibit
NW showed physical space and explained ongoing projection tests. MB to source dimensions of space and NW to send these to Stamen with photos. |

Stamen has worked up plan to test by w/c 12th August.
VD to share Stamen’s programme of work. NW to then update SMG project plan. |

Weekly meetings. Tuesday 5pm BST / 9am PST. NW to send invite. |
