Considering the advancement in product development (the initial application was already developed when I joined the team but was not ready for role out), we set to restructure the design challenge to ensure we achieve feasibility and viability in product design.

Exploratory questions
The proposed process seeked to answer a set of exploratory questions with the intention to create synergy between product design and business.
We Conducted remote user interviews for Customs agents (initially profiled hero users) and desktop research to validate our assumptions as shown in the exploratory questions above. We then created a user persona that best defines our Hero user.
