• In-app records: dates, stress level, sleep hours, notes, training/workout sets, meals, supplements, and related wellness entries you choose to save.
• Device/technical data: device model, OS, IP address, app version, crash logs.
• Advertising identifiers: IDFA/AAID and similar (for Google AdMob).
• App settings: language, premium status and other preferences (may be stored locally on your device).

2) How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App and our services.
• Authenticate users and synchronize data.
• Show ads (ads are removed for Premium users).
• Communicate important notices and respond to inquiries.
