I studied Magazine Writing at Northwestern’s Medill School of Journalism. Since then, I’ve worked at the intersection of communications, business, and creative services.

Currently partnered with the team at Cohere, guiding creative projects for innovators in food, real estate, and hospitality. Previously built the company brand and communications strategy for Seawall and spearheaded the brand redesign for historic Lexington Market, did political communications for Maryland gubernatorial candidate Alec Ross, and led social impact storytelling at Laureate Education.

I write a once-a-week Substack called Work Mom. I have two wild and wonderful little ones with my husband Colin Marshall - **a talented photographer.**

I lived in Baltimore for 10 amazing years - most lovable city in America. In summer 2025 we are relocating to the green mountains of Vermont.

I’m always interested in what’s next. I learn new industries quickly and make connections enthusiastically. Things I’m thinking about:

• VERMONT - maple syrup, farming, the color green, etc.
• Parenting - brands, thought leadership, community-building
• Nutrition + wellness culture - food and movement are things I think a lot about (bonus points if you’re into sauna/contrast therapy)
• Outdoors and active brands - biking, running, mountain sports
• College athletics and their impact on career trajectory - recovering D1 college soccer player reporting for duty </aside>
