Terms of Service

Purpose
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set forth the rights, obligations, and all necessary matters between TakeOne Company Co., Ltd., including its affiliates (hereinafter the “Company”), and users in connection with all products, applications, websites, and related services provided under “KITZ” (hereinafter the “Service”).
1.Definitions
- The terms defined below shall have the following meanings:
- “Company” refers to TakeOne Company Co., Ltd., the entity providing the KITZ Service.
- “KITZ” or “Service” refers to the services provided to users by the Company, including but not limited to the mobile application and the website (http://www.kitzofficial.com).
- “Member” means an individual who enters into a service use agreement pursuant to these Terms and uses the Service provided by the Company.
- “Temporary Member” means a user who accesses the Service through guest login without creating an account.
- “User” means any individual who accesses KITZ and uses the Service under these Terms, including both Members and Temporary Members.
- “Content” refers to all text, sound, music, images, videos, and similar information or materials provided within the Service.
- “Ticket” refers to an electronic means purchased by the User to view paid Content within the Service. The terminology used for this electronic means may be changed at the Company’s discretion.
- “Membership” refers to a subscription-based viewing pass that grants access to Content for a specified period, which the User purchases through recurring payment. The terminology used for this pass may be changed at the Company’s discretion.
- “Paid Service” refers to any Content that can be accessed by a User who pays with Tickets, or who subscribes to Membership or otherwise agrees to relevant terms with the Company or third parties.
- Any undefined terms in these Terms shall follow relevant laws and regulations.
