Call for Submissions

We are looking for original essays to be published as part of the K-Developedia Perspectives series. Selected submissions will be edited and published on the K-Developedia platform.

🔍 What We're Looking For

We invite essays that offer your perspective on Korea's development experience — grounded in evidence, supported by data visualization, and written for a policy audience. This is not an academic paper. We want well-researched, clearly written pieces that go beyond summary and show us how you think.

Start with a question that genuinely interests you — a strong question will guide your research, sharpen your analysis, and give your essay a clear direction.

Choose the approach that fits your idea best:

• Explain & Analyze — Examine a specific aspect of Korea's experience in depth. What happened, why did it work (or not), and what can we learn?
• Compare — Place Korea's experience alongside another country or context. What do the similarities and differences reveal?
• Argue — Take a clear position on a lesson from Korea's experience and build a case for it.
