Chapter 1: Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between The K Administrative Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and users regarding the use of services (such as membership registration, use of bulletin boards, electronic payments, etc.) provided through the website operated by the Company (www.k-visa.co, hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

Article 2 (Definitions)

• “User” refers to any individual who accesses the Site and uses the services in accordance with these Terms, whether as a member or non-member.
• “Member” refers to an individual who has completed the membership registration process and uses the services provided by the Company.
• “Bulletin Board” refers to a space on the Site where users can post content such as text and images.
• “Electronic Payment” refers to a method by which users pay service fees online.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)

These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Site, and users must comply with them.

The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws, and such amended Terms will become effective seven (7) days after being announced on the Site.

If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, they may discontinue use of the services.

Article 4 (Membership Registration and Withdrawal)

Members may withdraw from membership at any time, and any related personal information will be processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

Article 5 (Use of the Bulletin Board and Prohibited Acts)

Users may freely post opinions on the bulletin board, but the following content is prohibited:

• Illegal content or content that infringes on the rights of others
• Content that disrupts public order, including defamation or the spread of false information
• Advertising or spam posts
