Mission

Be the engine behind AIstats's commercial pipeline — from first touch to signed deal. You'll own outreach to football clubs, scouts, and agents across Europe and beyond, represent AIstats at industry conferences, and help convert interest into paying partnerships. This role exists to accelerate our path to 50+ club partnerships by building a repeatable, data-driven sales machine alongside the founding team.

Requirements

<aside> 🫡

• 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships (sports industry experience is a strong plus but not mandatory).

• Genuine passion for football and understanding of how clubs, scouts, and agents operate — you follow transfers, tactics, or analytics for fun.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (B2+/C1); additional languages (German, Spanish, Portuguese) are a significant advantage.

• Comfort with cold outreach — you're not afraid to write 50 personalized emails a day or message decision-makers on LinkedIn.

• Strong organizational skills: ability to manage a CRM pipeline, track follow-ups, and keep data clean without being reminded.

• Self-starter mindset — you thrive in ambiguity, take ownership of outcomes, and don't wait for instructions.

• Willingness to travel to conferences and events 4–6 times per year. </aside>
