Mission

The Junior Project Manager (AI-first) is the delivery backbone of the team — ensuring that tasks move from "planned" to "done" with clarity, speed, and zero information loss. You will use AI tools to automate routine PM workflows (status updates, meeting notes, risk detection, documentation) and free up time for high-impact coordination across Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

• Achieve and sustain a 75%+ delivery rate across all teams and sprints you support.

• All tasks in Notion are clearly defined using SMART criteria, with proper descriptions, acceptance criteria, and deadlines — no "empty" tickets.

• Establish and run team routines: daily stand-ups, weekly groomings, bi-weekly retros — with AI-generated summaries and action items distributed within 1 hour of each meeting.

• Build a delivery metrics dashboard (velocity, lead time, cycle time, blocker rate) in Notion and present weekly reports to leadership. </aside>

Requirements

• Active, daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, or similar) for meeting notes, documentation, task decomposition, or reporting.

• Solid understanding of Agile fundamentals (Scrum, Kanban) — you can explain why a sprint failed and what to change.

• Hands-on experience with Notion for task tracking and documentation.

• Structured thinking: ability to decompose complex initiatives into clear, actionable tasks.

• Strong written communication in English (B2+); you write clear, concise updates that don't need follow-up clarification.

• Ownership mindset — you don't wait for someone to assign you work; you see gaps and fill them.

• 6–12 months of experience in project management, delivery coordination, or a similar role in a tech/startup environment is a plus.

• Experience working with engineering teams (understanding of dev workflows, PRs, releases) is a plus. </aside>
