Law Et Al is a Nigerian law firm dedicated to offering pro bono legal and consultancy services, with a focus on startups and small & medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Our team is composed of young professionals committed to bridging the gap in access to legal rights and services in Nigeria, particularly for the youth. We provide a range of services including company registration, business plan and contract reviews, legal advice and drafting, litigation, dispute resolution, and educational support initiatives.

Role Overview: We are seeking a lawyer with 1–2 years post-call experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about social impact, enjoys working in an innovative environment, and is eager to contribute to meaningful change through law.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal research, drafting, and advisory support across various practice areas.
2. Assist with client consultations, company registration, and contract reviews.
3. Support litigation and dispute resolution matters.
4. Collaborate with the team on pro bono and educational initiatives.
5. Maintain professionalism and ethical standards in all client engagements.

Requirements:

• LL.B and B.L from accredited institutions.
• 1–2 years post-call experience in active legal practice.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Interest in startups, SMEs, or social impact work is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Work Structure: Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote weekly. Commencement: January 2026.
