  • Completed changes made to the ticketing system that were started on 5/30
    • opening a ticket is now a 2-step process
      • Step 1 assigns a special role (”active-ticket”) which allows even new members that have not reached the required time in server and post count to be granted the “Links” role, to post links and images in the Support category, but nowhere else
      • Step 2 opens the ticket in the chosen category
    • As of 6/14 it is working well
  • Continued and completed work on BTC Recovery for Windows Users document and requested dev review
    • this document is geared specifically for users with Windows machines with limited/no Linux experience to aid in recovering BTC from the tBTC bridge
    • considering creating the same document for Linux users
