The event really encouraged me to be productive and it got me excited about doing work. I also liked the separate channel to announce what you did during the pom.
It was very motivating, I may not have a high number of poms, but I did a lot more work than I otherwise would have. And I enjoyed checking the team scores every day. It was try exciting with both teams alternating in first position.
