Welcome to JumpToDo (hereinafter referred to as "the Application", "we" or "JumpToDo"). These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the JumpToDo developer regarding your use of the Application and related services.

Please carefully read and fully understand all the contents of these Terms before using the Application. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please immediately stop using the Application. By clicking "Agree", registering an account, or using the Application, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to accept all contents of these Terms.

Minors must use this Application with the consent and guidance of their guardians.

2.1 Basic Features (Free)

JumpToDo is a task management application based on the Eisenhower Matrix (Four Quadrants Rule), providing the following free features:

• Four Quadrant Task Management: Urgent-Important, Urgent-Not Important, Not Urgent-Important, Not Urgent-Not Important
• Task Organization: Custom categories, tags, sorting
• Time Management: Due date setting, advance reminders
• Recurring Tasks: Support for daily, weekly, monthly, yearly and other recurring modes
• Cloud Sync: Real-time data synchronization across multiple devices (requires account login)
• White Noise Playback: Single white noise background sound (free)
• Multi-Platform Support: Full platform support for iPhone, iPad, Mac

2.2 Plus Membership Service (Paid Subscription)

JumpToDo Plus is the premium subscription service of this Application, providing the following value-added features:
