Since this is the first meeting, we will spend some time getting to know each other and go over some community guidelines to create a space in which we all feel comfortable sharing our thoughts and discussing sensitive topics. Please take some time before the session to reflect on what helps to create a positive, empowering environment, as well as factors that cause you to disengage from conversation.
