I design for the messy, complicated parts of financial products — the flows where users get confused, drop off, or never come back.
Over 9 years in fintech and Web3, I’ve worked across the full product cycle — from early research and strategy to shipped features — always close to data and always close to the team.
Most recently I was a senior product designer at a global crypto exchange (40M+ users), where I ran large-scale research, drove Design Sprints, and shipped work that moved measurable product metrics.
