…on designing scalable HR experiences over 8 years, turning a growing HR startup into an international talent platform.

At Easyrecrue, I redesigned hiring flows that reduced candidate drop-off by 20% and increased hiring conversion by 17%, while building trust in high-stakes moments.

ICIMS acquisition of Easyrecrue gave me the opportunity to design an end-to-end internal mobility feature that reduces managers frustration when looking for external talent, while boosting employee retention and cutting recruitment costs.
