Rootstrap is a digital product agency whose mission is to help companies launch, grow, and scale their digital products and services. We are looking for a Junior Web Designer to join our design team.
What are the main responsibilities of this role?
- Become an expert on a custom platform provided by our client and bring web designs to life.
- Work closely with the final clients to understand their needs, capture their vision, and develop solutions that delight their users.
- Provide assistance to their final clients in creating templates and answering any questions they may have.
- Conduct trainings and webinars with end-users on best practices for using the platform
Which skills and experience do we envision for this role?
- At least two years of visual design experience in an agency or design studio, as well as a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to design.
- A keen eye for detail is one of your strengths.
- Visual awareness and sensibility are strong in you.
- You're an excellent communicator who can understand the needs of the final client and explain your ideas clearly.
- Your English proficiency and confidence are excellent.
- You have experience designing different kinds of websites.
