I am Joe Wright and have been part of Paint Pots for most of my life, having grown up within the organisation founded by my parents, Anna and David Wright.
Over the years, I have worked in a variety of roles across the organisation, from supporting children directly within nursery rooms to operational and management positions. This experience has given me a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by practitioners, managers and support teams throughout the organisation.
As Business Manager, I support the operational, technological and compliance functions of Paint Pots. My work includes information governance, data protection, health and safety, information technology, business systems and organisational development, helping ensure that our teams have the resources and support they need to provide outstanding care and education.
I remain passionate about the Early Years sector and am committed to supporting our staff, children and families whilst helping Paint Pots continue to grow and develop.
