Changes

• Offers tile now counts distinct open non-Resolution matters with offers instead of raw insurance offer rows.
• New Cases card no longer spans the full content width.
• Caseload strip now lays out as larger wrapped tiles instead of nine small tiles in one row.

• Live audit found 53 raw offer rows: 25 Resolution rows, 13 Litigation, 6 Negotiation, 6 Trial, 3 Treatment.
• Distinct non-Resolution offer matters equal 23.
