Overview

Jointy is built on a simple principle: your health data belongs to you. Everything the app records stays on your device. Jointy does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.

Information We Collect

Motion and sensor data. Jointy uses your iPhone's gyroscope and accelerometer (via Apple's Core Motion framework) to measure wrist movement during tests. This data is used exclusively to calculate your wrist function scores and is stored locally on your device. It is never transmitted off your device.

Test results and scores. Your wrist test scores, session history, and streak data are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device.

No account required. Jointy does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or any other identifying information.

Data Export

Jointy will include the ability to export your data directly from the app. Exported data goes only where you send it. We have no visibility into any exports you create.
