Freelance Career Coach (Berlin-based)

Are you an experienced coach that has a proven track record of successfully helping individuals into jobs and careers of their design and desire? Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to join a team of coaches that leads with their genius just as much as with their heart? Do you care about social causes and want to immerse yourself in the mission of advancing women across career, business, and money?

Then join the Berlin Boss Babes team as a Freelance Career Coach and help us make a real difference in the lives of hundreds of women every year.

In this role, your typical clients will be women between 25 and 40 that have a migration background and who struggle with building a fulfilling and meaningful career due to low confidence, limiting beliefs, and lack of resources and market knowledge.

You will work alongside the Founder/CEO and other coaches as a virtual team with monthly on-sites in our Berlin office at Unter den Linden 40.

Please note we are currently prioritizing applications from coaches that focus on coaching employed women that are planning to remain employed. If you are a coach who is keen on working with freelancers and entrepreneurs we might have an opening come up in 2023.

Exemplary tasks and responsibilities:

• Design and deliver authentic, meaningful, and remarkable personal development experiences for individual coaching clients across the client lifecycle: discovery call, onboarding, private coaching sessions, in-between session support, client resources and exercises, offboarding
• Play an active creative role in our online presence (currently mainly Instagram, LinkedIn, and our newsletter) and contribute marketing ideas just as much as ready-to-publish creative assets (copy and video)
• Act as a Berlin Boss Babes ambassador in the Facebook group and respond to questions from community members
• Work closely with the Founder/CEO on customer success and process improvements like automation
• Collect and analyze data from client journeys to derive and design new and innovative coaching tools
• Contribute to the Berlin Boss Babes knowledge platform with your recommendations of tools, articles, books, podcasts, YT videos, and more (not your own stuff but things you find valuable)
• Occasionally support our Event Manager with organizing and hosting events
