**At Colere, we believe in the importance of diversity and flexibility in how we work. We strive to design a workplace where members can work to live happier; not live to work. We understand that people are in various life stages and in unique situations.

To that end, we want you to choose how you want to be part of Colere’s community and what you want to do from the following roles. We encourage members to choose and adjust them based on their life stages throughout their time with Colere. However, we will work together to determine and align your role and responsibilities based on your experience level and skills.**

1. Core: A full-time role committed to building Colere’s future and culture by leading and/or owning projects.
2. Crew: A part-time role supporting projects by providing expertise and skills based on interests and passion.
3. Friend: A community member who empathizes with Colere’s mission/ values and wants to stay connected with Colere’s activities or updates. Friends do not have specific roles at Colere. These people could also be our alumni.
