Welcome to our beautiful, vibrant 19-bedroom, 3-floor intentional community home in Lower Haight, San Francisco.
Our intentional community is part of the The Center SF, a teahouse, yoga studio, and event space that has become home to so much of the San Francisco community.

Tara and Emma’s room (2x double beds) - Dec 19 thru Dec 28 - $722 total
Sandy’s room - Dec 15 thru Dec 29 - $900 + utilities and food plan (c. $197)
Kathrin’s room - Dec 15 thru Jan 15 - $1712 + utilities and food plan (c. $397)
In addition to the room price (if not specified above), subletters and residents should budget (prorated for subletters):
🧑💻 We are many things—builders, artists, engineers, empaths, mystics, scientists, political activists, and people who want to work on ourselves—so that we may better serve the community and world at large.
🧑🔬 We are a diverse group of people from all walks of life, and are looking for thoughtful housemates to join us. LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC friendly. We currently have one cat and one small dog that wander the house.
👨🍳 We enjoy cooking meals together, doing group yoga on the roof, wiggling at Ecstatic Dance, playing dress up, holding cacao ceremonies, going on weekend adventures, and so much more!
It's never boring here at The Center with traditions like Halloween where each room gets a theme and we bounce from room to room as a house, outdoor adventures and weekly family meals.
We value heartfelt conversations, cuddle puddles and consent.
Often our dinners are themed! Here our chefs of the night decided on a tie-dye dinner
We are a diverse group who enjoy working, playing and creating together.
There is always cozy space available whether to read, work, play music or just be.
We value cooking and enjoying meals together. We have 2 family meals a week but someone can always be found making something tasty with enough to share.
