I am searching for our first gtm hire.

Over the last six months, we built Mason, an AI-native platform for property management. Mason talks to hundreds of tenants, vendors, and property owners every day, handling maintenance across thousands of homes.

Our go-to-market is 2025 was entirely IRL. We recruited our first customer by cold calling a property manager, driving out three hours to meet her for lunch, bringing along a list of ~10 companies we wanted to meet, getting introduced to the top prospect, coming back the next day for a group breakfast, and finalizing a deal over a handshake in a 90’s era conference room.

Since then, showing up to customers in-person has been core to how we operate. Even in our engineering.

The Role

You will be responsible for filling our pipeline of events with meetings, guests, and friendly faces. In 2026, we will be attending 12 conferences, hosting another 12 events (dinners, Top Golf, etc), and traveling across the United States every other week to meet prospects. The more ground-work we can do ahead of these events, the more successful we will be.

You will spend most of your time cold calling and building relationships with prospects.

Our customers can sniff hype from a mile away. While they’re not experts in AI, they deeply understand their business and what drives profit. Our job is to quickly learn about their situation, understand their most pressing issues, and help solve them.

This is a dream job for someone who wants a crash course in company building. Anyone can succeed in this role, even those without background in sales. The job requires the right combination of persistence, extroversion, and curiosity.
