We are searching for a Deployment Specialist.

Over the last six months, Mason has gone from serving a handful of property managers to onboarding more customers than we know what to do with. Mason now handles the maintenance of thousands of homes across the United States.

We've grown unbelievably quickly — and now we need to deploy faster.

Getting a customer live is both a technical and business exercise. It requires deep empathy for our customer, understanding what actually makes them profitable, and what keeps them up at night.

Deployment Specialists operate like our customers' COO, working directly with their team and owning their success in deploying Mason. This role is perfect for someone who wants to be responsible for both delivering the product AND closing the sale.
