We are searching for a Deployment Specialist.
Over the last six months, Mason has gone from serving a handful of property managers to onboarding more customers than we know what to do with. Mason now handles the maintenance of thousands of homes across the United States.
We've grown unbelievably quickly — and now we need to deploy faster.
Getting a customer live is both a technical and business exercise. It requires deep empathy for our customer, understanding what actually makes them profitable, and what keeps them up at night.
Deployment Specialists operate like our customers' COO, working directly with their team and owning their success in deploying Mason. This role is perfect for someone who wants to be responsible for both delivering the product AND closing the sale.

The Role & Requirements
You are the bridge between Mason and our customers' operations. You own the customer go-live process end to end. This means you have:
- Deep customer empathy — You understand what drives profit for a property management company. You learn a customer's business before you touch their account. Owner preferences, vendor relationships, tenant dynamics, internal workflows — you internalize all of it.
- Unbelievable detail orientation — Processes, workflows, commitments. Our customers run multi-million dollar businesses and depend on Mason to get it right. You are the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks and can bring the discipline of process mapping, identifying gaps, and executing with precision.
- Technically capable, enabled with AI — You are armed with the latest Claude Code models to extend Mason to the specific situations of our customers. You deliver features and configure Mason for customers by building on top of the infrastructure our engineering team has already built.
- Excellent communication — You have an innate ability to simplify even the most complex process. Our customers aren't technical — they're operators running real businesses. You translate between their world and ours effortlessly.
This role is incredibly exciting for someone interested in real-world applications of AI. We are deploying AI into companies where tenants have never talked to AI and employees are used to pen and paper. You will travel to client sites across the United States (we value Being There), bringing frontier AI to main street American businesses.
